Octopus and Squid

This series was all about celebrating the incredible texture, shape and drama of octopus and squid. There’s something sculptural about these ingredients, and the aim was to highlight their natural beauty as much as the finished dish.

The focus was on contrast and form—letting the tentacles, char and crunch speak for themselves.
